Q: I bought some merch items, and have some questions. Who can I email?

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders generally ship within 2 days of being placed. If an item happens to be out of stock, we will contact you via email with the option to replace the out of stock item, or receive a refund for it.

 

Q: Can I exchange or return a merch item that I purchased?

A: Yes, please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com with your order number to arrange an exchange.

 

Q: When will I be charged for my order?

A: You will be charged at the time checkout is completed.

 

Q: How will my package be shipped?

A: We use UPS and USPS to ship packages. We decide which is best at the time of packing. Please note that your order can still be delivered to a PO Box even if we ship using UPS.

 

Q: How long will it take for my international package to arrive?

A: Buyers have the choice of UPS Small Package, or USPS, at checkout. UPS generally delivers to your local customs agency within 2 weeks, though this can take up to 6 weeks. Your local postal service will then make the final delivery. USPS generally delivers within 2 to 3 weeks, with your local postal service making the final delivery. Please note that USPS Priority Mail is the only international shipping service that includes detailed tracking information and insurance. You must select that option if you want detailed tracking and fast delivery. We do not have a way of expedited customs clearance for any packages, nor can we intervene with foreign customs.
